Application and Drying Times
This high-performance coating is suitable for use as a primer, intermediate, or finishing coat in environments with moderate corrosion. It can also serve as a self-priming repair and touch-up coating for containers and other metal surfaces.
Drying Times:
- Surface dry: 2½ hours @ -10°C, 1½ hours @ 0°C, ¾ hour @ 20°C, ½ hour @ 40°C.
- Dry to recoat: 26 hours @ -10°C, 12 hours @ 0°C, 4 hours @ 20°C, 3 hours @ 40°C.
Recommended Thickness
Dry Film Thickness: 50-125 microns (100 microns recommended).
Wet Film Thickness: 120-300 microns (230 microns recommended).
